We distinguish between registered and unregistered customers
REGISTERED CLIENT
1. The client is entitled to cancel the reservation no later than 24 hours before its start.
2. In such a case, he will be credited with a credit of 100% of the paid amount.
3. The credit is valid for two months and cannot be redeemed in cash.
4. If the client cancels the reservation less than 24 hours before the start or does not use the reservation, the right to a refund expires.
5. The credit can only be used to pay for another reservation through the reservation system.
6. The client acknowledges that by making a reservation, he blocks the provider's capacity, and therefore it is important to adhere to the cancellation time.
UNREGISTERED CLIENT
1. An unregistered client has the option of changing the date once if he cancels the reservation at least 24 hours before its start.
2. In such a case, a voucher will be sent to him in the value of the paid amount.
3. This voucher is valid for two months from its issue.
4. The client will use the voucher when booking a new date through the booking system.
5. If the client does not use the reservation even within the generated voucher, the amount will be forfeited without refund.
6. The client acknowledges that by booking he blocks the provider's capacity, and therefore it is important to respect the cancellation time.
